Tiramisu – classic!

Ingredients for 20 persons

  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 20 egg yolk
  • 10 egg white
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 0,5 – 1 l Cafe / Espresso
  • 2500 g Marcarpone
  • 1000 g spoon biscuit (as you like take more or less. Alternative: if you need gluten free cookies.)
  • cacao powder


Egg yolks, powdered sugar, mascarpone and amaretto stir creamy. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in gently.

One layer of biscuit, one layer of mascarpone cream. And again one layer biscuit and another layer of mascarpone cream. Refrigerate.

Before serving sprinkle your Tiramisu with cacao.
