Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen

  • 3500 g   spinach / Spinat
  • 65 g   butter / Butter
  • 5   onions, chopped / Zwiebeln, gehackt
  • 1800 g   Tagliatelle / Bandnudeln
  • 500 ml   cream / Sahne
  • 600 g   parmesan, grated / Parmesan, gerieben
  • salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer


Oven 200 ° C. Put the wet spinach in a large pot and sauté for 5 minutes, then drain and chop. Heat half the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions at low heat. Add the spinach and cook together for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with half the Parmesan.

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Drain, mix in the pot with the remaining butter. Layer tagliatelle, most of the parmesan and the spinach in a greased casserole, complete with spinach. Pour over the cream, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
