Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen
- 1000 g oats / Haferflocken
- 2 l water / Wasser
- 2 l rice milk, milk / Reismilch, Milch
- 100 g butter / Butter
- a pinch of salt / eine Prise Salz
As you like
- cinnamon and sugar / Zimt & Zucker
- 3 bananas / Bananen
Note: you can also use only water for the porridge. It tastes good.
Give oats, milk and butter in a pot and heat. Stirring constantly so that the milk does not burn. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and allow continued swelling for 5 minutes. Refine your porridge as you like with cinnamon & sugar, bananas or other fruits.
If the Porridge is only one side dish beyond others, often the half portion is enough.
