Omelette mit Kräutern

Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen

  • 30   eggs / Eier
  • 60 ml   water / Wasser
  • 1   bunch parsley, chopped / Bund Petersilie, gehackt
  • 30   leaves of basilikum, chopped / Basilikumblätter, gehackt
  • 10   leaves of mint, chopped / Minzeblätter, gehackt
  • 1   bunch chives, cut fine / Bund Schnittlauch, fein geschnitten
  • 3   tomatoes, cut fine / fein geschnittene Tomaten
  • 125 g   butter / Butter
  • 60 ml   olive oil / Olivenöl
  • salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer

Making

Mix the eggs with salt and pepper and the water. Mix the herbs and stir into the eggs. Heat butter and oil in a pan and pour in the eggs and fry over medium heat. Serve immediately.
