Karotten Suppe

  • 4000 g   carrots / Karotten
  • 5   cloves of garlic / Knoblauchzehen
  • 7 l   vegetable broth / Gemüsebrühe
  • cream / Sahne
  • Parmesan
  • nutmeg / Muskatnuss
  • salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer

Making

Cover carrots and garlic in a pot with water and add 1 pinch of salt. Cook until the liquid has almost evaporated. Puree with a hand blender. Add broth and stir well. Cream and simmer for 10 minutes until the soup has a thick consistency. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
