  • 8   carrots, diced / Karotten, gestückelt
  • 8   onions, diced / Zwiebeln, gestückelt
  • 8   leek sticks, diced / Porreestangen, gestückelt
  • 8   potatoes, diced / Kartoffeln, gestückelt
  • 8   white beet / weiße Rüben
  • 4   celery sticks / Selleriestangen
  • 12   cherry tomatoes, diced / Kirschtomaten, gestückelt
  • 6 l   water / Wasser
  • salt / Salz

Making

Place vegetables and water with some salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes at reduced temperature. Remove from heat and let cool. Sieve the broth into a bowl and pour in the vegetables with the back of a spoon.
