Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen
- 6 fresh eggs / frische Eier
- 400 ml olive oil / Olivenöl
- 150 ml lemon juice / Zitronensaft
- salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer
Cook the eggs for about 1 minute in boiling water. Remove and rinse with cold water. Enter with a spoon out ot the shell directly into a bowl. Add olive oil and lemon juice and stir all vigorously. Season with salt and pepper.
