Dressing Nr. 1

You can prepare the dressing for 2 days, storing it in the refrigerator (increase the quantities accordingly).

If no vinegar is used, simply add more lemon juice.

Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen

  • 300 ml   olive oil / Olivenöl
  • 50 ml   balsamic or white wine vinegar / Balsamico- oder Weißwein-Essig
  • juice of 2 lemons / Saft von 2 Zitronen
  • 1 EL   dijon mustard / Dijon Senf
  • 2 EL   marmelade, e.g. apricot / Marmelade, z.B. Aprikose
  • salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer

fresh herbs as you like e.g. / frische Kräuter nach Geschmack, z.B.

  • parsley / Petersilie
  • thyme / Thymian
  • basil / Basilikum
  • majoram / Majoram
  • sage / Salbei
  • watercress / Brunnenkresse

Making

Mix all ingredients with a hand blender in a closable and high glass vessel.
