Caesars Salat

 

Ingredients for 20 person / Zutaten für 20 Personen

  • 1500 g   romana salad, plucked ( = 3-4 cabbages) / Römersalat, in Stücke gezupft ( = 3-4 Köpfe)
  • 8   cloves of garlic, chopped / Knoblauchzehen, fein gehackt
  • 10   slices toast, cubed / Scheiben Toastbrot, gewürfelt
  • 200 g   Parmesan
  • salt, pepper / Salz, Pfeffer
  • Dressing No. 4 (Caesars dressing)

If you like

  • 200 g   bacon, diced / Speck, gewürfelt
  • 10   anchovy fillets / Sardellenfilets

Making

Sauté bacon until crispy with less heat, take out of the pan and set aside. Fry the toast cubes in oil until golden brown, at the end give the chopped garlic in and put the croutons on kitchen paper aside. Contact salad leaves in dressing. Give anchovies and bacon in the salad. Sprinkle croutons and Parmesan cheese.
