This banana ice is easy to do and – depending on the bananas – every time wow.

Ingredients for 20 persons

  • 20 Bananas
  • 400 – 500 ml Ricedrink


Cut the bananas into slices.

Freeze them.

Put them into room temperature  ~ 20 – 30 minutes before serving.

Just before serving mix finely and fluffy with a hand blender, add ricedrink and mix again.

Serve inmediately.
